An Amenigies field manager visits the building to inspect amenities and evaluate how Amenigies can refine and develop them. This step ensures that the buildings offerings are optimized to enhance members' experiences and building value.

Proposal
After reviewing the inspection, Amenigies provides a detailed proposal outlining the profit-sharing model and projected revenue. This is to ensure full transparency to owners on how Amenigies will deliver value.

Sign Contract
Once the proposal is approved, Amenigies sends a contract and term sheet to solidify the partnership and outline next steps.

Onboarding
Amenigies rolls out a full digital and print marketing campaign to introduce the system to residents. The owner works with Amenigies to integrate building workflows with Amenigies software, making the process seamless and effortless for the owner and members.

Amenigies provides a Certificate of Insurance (COI), shifting liability and certain property claims to Amenigies. All members sign a liability waiver drafted by a NYC landlord-tenant attorney and commit to adhering to all rules - preventing claims and strengthening legal protection. Leasing amenity spaces may also contribute to reduced insurance premiums.
